Kredi Kayıt Bürosu launches 2026 Hackathon with 450,000 TL prize pool

Kredi Kayıt Bürosu (KKB) opened applications for its 2026 Hackathon, themed “Agentic Data Analytics”. The competition runs from 20 July to 14 August and targets university students and recent graduates aged 18‑26, who must form teams of three to five members. Participants will use Agentic AI technologies to analyse real data sets, develop projects for KKB’s business processes and receive mentorship from the bureau’s experts.

A total prize pool of 450,000 TL is offered, with 200,000 TL for the first‑place team, 150,000 TL for second and 100,000 TL for third. Last year the hackathon attracted about 1,200 applicants forming 314 teams, and 13 finalists were hired by KKB. This year the event aims to discover and train the next generation of data‑analytics and AI talent for the Turkish financial‑tech sector.
