Kredily launches KAI agentic AI for payroll and HR

Kredily has announced the launch of Kredily 3.0, an evolution of its AI-first HRMS and payroll platform. The update introduces KAI, an agentic AI designed to execute payroll and HR workflows through plain-language instructions.

Unlike standard software assistants that focus on information retrieval, KAI is capable of performing permitted actions, validating outcomes, and surfacing exceptions for human approval. The system includes over 110 skills covering areas such as attendance, leave management, employee information, and payroll reporting.

Alongside this technological update, Kredily is expanding into AI-powered managed payroll services. This new offering is intended for businesses that prefer to outsource their payroll operations entirely to the platform.
