Kredivo and KrediFazz Continue Investigation After Mediation in Indonesia

Kredivo and KrediFazz said they will keep investigating alleged violations in a debt‑collection process that occurred in Purworejo, Central Java. The dispute, involving a Kredivo user and a collection‑agency staff representing KrediFazz, was settled peacefully through police‑mediated talks on 22 July 2026.

Both firms reported the incident in writing to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on 22 July and met with the regulator the following day to present the case chronology, preliminary findings and proposed supervisory measures. They emphasized a commitment to consumer protection, objective fact‑based inquiry and full resolution of any wrongdoing. The companies also noted OJK’s guidance on responsible digital financing practices.

Head of Marketing at Kredivo, Indina Andamari, reiterated that the investigation will proceed until all allegations are thoroughly examined, stressing the firms’ dedication to fair treatment of all parties involved.
