Kırşehir livestock theft investigation leads to arrest
A livestock theft investigation is underway in Kırşehir, Turkey, involving a dispute between two local producers. Mustafa Eflatun reported the loss of nine large cattle, estimating a financial loss of approximately 2 million TL.
Investigations revealed that the animals were allegedly taken by a neighbor, F. A., who operated a dairy farm in the same area. According to reports, F. A. assisted Eflatun in searching for the missing animals for two days before the theft was discovered. The animals were reportedly loaded onto a vehicle and transported to a trader in the Keskin region.
During legal proceedings, F. A. denied theft intentions, claiming the animals arrived at his facility on their own and that he only moved them to hide them temporarily. However, one suspect has been arrested as the judicial investigation continues.
