Kremlin vows to fight with ‘all strength’ to protect national interests

The Kremlin has declared that Russia will fight with ‘all its strength’ to protect its national interests. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that in response to escalations by Ukraine, military action is currently the only way for Russia to pursue its advantages and interests, as opportunities for discussion and agreements are unavailable.

Peskov emphasized that while Russia prioritizes achieving peace through peaceful means, it will continue to fight until such a reality is achieved. He noted that Russia will fight to control even a fraction of a percent of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) territory.

Additionally, Peskov addressed concerns regarding the Kaliningrad region, stating that Russia’s warnings about using its full arsenal in the event of a blockade are not a threat but a response to statements from Poland and other nations. He characterized President Vladimir Putin’s recent remarks in Munich as a warning rather than a threat.
