Krems, Furth, Mautern, and Rohrendorf host sustainable mobility week

The Austrian municipalities of Krems, Furth, Mautern, and Rohrendorf have partnered for the second time to host a joint program for European Mobility Week. Running from September 13 to September 22, 2026, the initiative aims to promote sustainable mobility through various community activities.

The program includes a diverse range of events designed for different age groups, such as lectures, film screenings, family activities, and cycling events. Specific scheduled activities include 'cycling to church' services in Mautern and Rohrendorf, a cycling lobby meeting in Gedersdorf, and various 'blooming streets' community events in Krems, Mautern, and Rohrendorf. Additionally, a film screening titled ‘Der automobile Mensch’ is scheduled in Furth.
