Kreta Digital CEO urges businesses to adopt AI for growth

Aldo Pasha Permana, CEO of Kreta Digital, emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalization for business owners during the Sumatera Witel Catch Up-Riau Edition event in Batam.

Permana highlighted that AI should serve as a tool to assist business owners in making faster, more measurable decisions rather than replacing them. He noted that technology can help in branding, analyzing customer responses, processing sales data, and identifying growth opportunities.

He advised that digitalization does not require expensive or complex processes initially. Instead, business owners can start with simple steps such as using sales data to understand customers, reading consumer reviews, and strengthening their digital presence to uncover overlooked business insights.
