Kries and Kresy announce upcoming musical performances

The world music group Kries has announced a return to the Vintage Industrial Bar in Zagreb on December 16, 2026. The performance is part of the venue's birthday celebrations. Led by frontman Mojmir Novaković, the band is known for blending traditional Slavic mythological themes and archaic Croatian chants with modern instruments like guitars, bass, and drums, alongside traditional tools such as the gaida and diple.

In Poland, the band Kresy has won the New Gens Music competition, securing a spot at the 18th Soundedit International Music Producer Festival in Łódź. After competing against 23 other groups, the art-rock post-punk ensemble will perform on the festival's main stage at Wytwórnia club. The victory includes the opportunity to support Mery Spolsky and record material at the Henryk Debich Studio in Radio Łódź.
