Križevci opens reconstructed Gradska kavana and Tanier restaurant

The Gradska kavana and Tanier restaurant have officially opened in Križevci following an extensive reconstruction of the building located at Trg svetog Florijana 1. The project, managed by KTC d. d., aims to blend local tradition with modern gastronomic trends within the city's protected historic core.

A central feature of the new establishment is the authentic Neapolitan pizza, developed through a collaboration with Alen Radanović. Radanović is a world champion pizza maker and the official Croatian ambassador for the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani (APN), having won a gold medal in the Pizza di Stagione category in Naples in 2024.

The complex offers diverse dining options: the Gradska kavana provides brunch, street food, and traditional sweets, while the Tanier restaurant on the upper floor features an à la carte menu including meat and fish specialties, handmade pasta, and sourdough products prepared by Janja Benić.
