Kris Statlander advocates for more recognition for AEW's Skye Blue

Former AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander has stated that wrestler Skye Blue deserves more recognition within the promotion. In an interview with 98 Rock Baltimore, Statlander noted that while she has competed against Blue, the 26-year-old is one of several talented women on the roster who are “on the edge of, like, about to get their moment.”

Statlander also praised the overall work ethic of the AEW women’s division, remarking that the roster is composed of talented individuals who are willing to put in work daily and strive to meet high expectations. Blue, who has been with AEW since 2021, has also competed for World Wonder Ring Stardom.
