Krisala Developers and Hiranandani announce ₹2,100-crore golf township in Nagpur

Krisala Developers and Hiranandani Communities have announced a partnership to develop a luxury golf lifestyle township in Nagpur, India. The project, which has an estimated revenue potential of approximately ₹2,100 crore, is intended to be one of Central India’s premier residential developments.

The township will feature neo-classical architecture, expansive green spaces, and a large golf course. Residential options include 51 ultra-luxury plots, townhouses, and villas designed for high-net-worth individuals.

Project leaders noted that Nagpur’s growing real estate demand is being driven by infrastructure developments such as the Samruddhi Expressway, metro connectivity, and the MIHAN project. The development is expected to contribute to the regional economy through job creation and investment in social infrastructure.
