Krispy Kreme launches limited Shima Enaga doughnuts in Hokkaido

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is launching a limited-time product, the ‘Krispy Kreme Premium Hokkaido Milky White Shima Enaga’, at five locations in Hokkaido starting October 7. This new version of the popular Shima Enaga-themed doughnut features an updated design and flavor profile.

The doughnut is designed to resemble the Shima Enaga bird emerging from a snowy landscape. It consists of a fluffy doughnut coated in milky white chocolate, topped with white crunch and sparkling sugar pearls. The bird motif is created using cream made with Hokkaido milk, wings made from Hokkaido sweet beans, and eyes and a beak crafted from bitter chocolate and chocolate chips.

The product will be available at Krispy Kreme locations in Sapporo (sitatte, Pole Town, and Le Trois), Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima, and Chitose Outlet Mall Rera.
