Kristen Stewart Leads Stoner Comedy ‘The Wrong Girls’ Trailer

A new trailer has been released for “The Wrong Girls”, a stoner comedy starring Kristen Stewart. The film follows Stewart and Alia Shawkat as a mismatched duo whose experiment with an unknown substance leads to a chaotic case of identity swapping and a showdown with a rival group. The cast also includes Lakeith Stanfield, Seth Rogen, Kumail Nanjiani, Kate McKinnon and Geena Davis.

The movie is directed by Dylan Meyer, Stewart’s partner, and marks her return to broad‑scale comedy after a series of indie projects and the biopic “Spencer”. “The Wrong Girls” is slated for theatrical release on 14 August and will be distributed by Neon, the company behind titles such as “Parasite” and “Longlegs”.
