Kristjan Asllani Excluded by Inter Milan, Told to Find New Club

Inter Milan’s sporting director Cristi Chivu announced that Albanian midfielder Kristjan Asllani has been left out of the club’s Asian and Australian pre‑season tour and will not be part of the first‑team squad for the upcoming season. The club told Asllani directly that he must find a new team, stating there is no place for him in the project. Inter values him at about €15 million and hopes to obtain a fee of around €40 million, with interest from clubs linked to the pending Curtis Jones transfer.

Asllani, under contract with Inter until 2028, has spent recent seasons on loan at Torino and Beşiktaş, recording limited goals and assists. The decision follows a broader midfield reshuffle that also sees Davide Frattesi listed among potential departures. No further chances of reintegration were offered, and the club’s message aims to avoid false hopes.
