Kırıkkale Governor Allocates 76.2 million TL for Infrastructure in 185 Villages

Under Turkey's 2026 KöyDES (Village Infrastructure Support) programme, the Kırıkkale governorate announced a budget of 76.2 million Turkish lira to fund projects in 185 villages. The plan targets five sectors: village roads, drinking‑water supply, sewage systems, irrigation facilities and public‑building construction. Officials cited the support of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and other institutions.

In a related move, the Çorum Provincial Road and Transport Services Directorate issued a public tender (2026/13791631) for material‑transport services on village roads. The contract covers the delivery of BSK material, PMAT material and aggregate over distances of roughly 14–24 km, with a 70‑day implementation window. The procurement follows the same 2026 performance and KöyDES framework and is open to qualified bidders under Turkish public‑procurement law.
