Kırklareli Deputy Governor conducts undercover hospital visit

Kırklareli Deputy Governor Dr. Hasan Tanrıseven conducted an unannounced inspection of the Kırklareli Training and Research Hospital emergency department by visiting as an ordinary citizen. After feeling unwell around 9:00 PM, Tanrıseven arrived at the facility without disclosing his identity or official position.

During his approximately two-hour stay, Tanrıseven waited in line, completed registration, and received medical examination. He used the time to observe the hospital's physical condition, the behavior of medical staff, and the interactions between patients, their relatives, and healthcare workers.

Tanrıseven stated that he intends to evaluate his observations, including both positive aspects and areas for improvement, with provincial health administrators to enhance the quality of healthcare services. He noted that he frequently conducts such unannounced visits to public institutions, including student dormitories and hospitals, to witness public services being delivered without prior preparation.
