Kroger announces gift card promotions and fuel point bonuses

Kroger is running several gift card promotions that allow customers to earn increased fuel points or direct bonuses. For National Coffee Day, the retailer is offering online gift card bonuses for Starbucks and Krispy Kreme. Between September 24 and September 29, 2026, customers can receive a $5 bonus on a $45 Starbucks gift card purchase, limited to $5 per customer. Additionally, a $5 discount is available on $25 Krispy Kreme gift cards, with a maximum bonus of $10 per customer.

Separately, Kroger is offering 4x fuel points on select third-party gift cards and fixed-value Visa or Mastercard gift cards. The third-party card promotion runs from September 16 to September 29, 2026, while the Visa and Mastercard in-store promotion is valid from September 23 to October 6, 2026. These offers require customers to clip digital coupons for in-store purchases. Amazon and fuel gift cards are excluded from the 4x rate, though they remain eligible for the standard 2x fuel points.
