Kroger to anchor Telegraph Commons shopping center in Hanover

Kroger has purchased a 23-acre site in Hanover for $4.4 million to anchor a new commercial development known as Telegraph Commons. The project is a collaboration with local developer Roka Partners.

Kroger plans to construct a 120,000-square-foot grocery store on the property, located at the corner of Washington Highway (Route 1) and Kings Acres Road. Roka Partners will develop the remainder of the site, which is expected to include several outparcel buildings for three to five additional businesses. Construction for the shopping center is currently projected to begin in mid-2027.
