Krosno reviews housing project proposals on Lwowska, Tysiąclecia and Krakowska streets

The Social Innovation Office of the City of Krosno has released two housing development proposals submitted under the special housing law. The first concerns a site bounded by Lwowska, Niepodległości and Betleja streets. It plans a 4‑to‑7‑storey residential building with 70‑90 apartments for up to 186 residents, a two‑storey underground garage and 220‑240 parking spaces. Part of the basement is designed to serve as a temporary shelter.

The second set of proposals covers the Tysiąclecia and Krakowska streets. The Tysiąclecia project envisions a six‑storey building with 70 apartments for 99 residents, a garage with 91 spaces plus 14 external spots, and conversion of two attics into 19 additional flats for 29 residents. The Krakowska proposal includes two two‑storey blocks, each with three apartments (total 16 residents) and ground‑floor garages offering 42 and 13 spaces respectively. The city has invited residents to submit comments on the plans until 7 August, either in person, by e‑mail or via electronic delivery.
