Kroy Biermann Jr. charged as adult in alleged sexual assault

Kroy Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of former NFL player Kroy Biermann and 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak, has been arrested and charged as an adult in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Authorities allege the incident occurred on April 23 at a Life Time fitness center. According to court documents, Biermann Jr. allegedly led a 15-year-old female acquaintance into a co-ed sauna and family changing area, where he physically restrained her and forced her into sexual acts against her will. The charges include felony aggravated sodomy and felony aggravated sexual battery.

While a sexual assault kit was completed at North Fulton Hospital, reports indicate that medical testing did not find male DNA in the victim. Biermann Jr. was arraigned before Fulton County Magistrate Court Judge Cassandra Kirk and is currently being held without bond. His attorney, Jason Sheffield, is representing him, with a hearing scheduled in Fulton County Superior Court for September.

Kim Zolciak issued a statement regarding the allegations, describing them as 'nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling' and noting that her son categorically denies any involvement.
