Kroy Biermann Jr. indicted on seven felony charges

Kroy Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of former NFL player Kroy Biermann and reality TV star Kim Zolciak, has been indicted by a Georgia grand jury on seven felony counts. The charges, brought in Fulton County, include aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.

The indictment follows an investigation into an alleged incident at a Life Time Fitness facility in Alpharetta, where investigators claim Biermann Jr. assaulted a 15-year-old classmate in a changing room. While medical examinations at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta reportedly found no male DNA on the victim, the legal proceedings are moving forward.

Biermann Jr.’s defense team has sought bond, citing his academic achievements and community ties. Kim Zolciak has publicly defended her son, describing the allegations as “reckless and deeply troubling” and noting that he passed a voluntary polygraph test.
