Kroy Biermann Seeks to Block Kim Zolciak Emergency Custody Hearing
Former NFL player Kroy Biermann has asked a Georgia judge to deny his estranged wife Kim Zolciak’s request for an emergency hearing that could alter their current custody arrangement. In court filings, Biermann acknowledges a genuine emergency affecting the children’s wellbeing but attributes the problem to Zolciak’s actions, alleging ongoing mental abuse by the mother.
The dispute involves their four children—sons KJ (14) and Kash (13), and twins Kaia and Kane (12). Zolciak contends that Biermann fails to meet the children’s basic needs while they are in his care, while Biermann’s attorneys argue that a flawed investigation by a guardian ad litem led to the current temporary sole custody order. Both sides await a full court hearing to present further evidence.
