Kroy Biermann seen in public after son's sexual assault arrest

Former NFL player Kroy Biermann was seen in public for the first time since his eldest son, Kroy “KJ” Jagger Biermann Jr., was arrested on sexual assault charges. Biermann was spotted picking up his 14-year-old son, Kash, from football practice in Alpharetta, Georgia.

KJ, 15, was taken into custody following allegations of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. According to court documents, a female classmate accused the teenager of assaulting her at a fitness center in Alpharetta on April 23. The complainant alleged that the incident occurred in a co-ed sauna, where she claimed KJ forced himself on her despite her lack of consent.
