Kürsat Yildirim updates status after 10 million euro lottery win

Kürsat Yildirim, known publicly as ‘Chico’, is providing an update on his finances nearly four years after winning approximately 10 million euros in the lottery in September 2022. Growing up in Dortmund, Yildirim previously struggled with drug and gambling addiction, homelessness, and incarceration.

Following his win, Yildirim made the decision to go public with his windfall despite warnings. He has since transitioned from luxury spending, such as purchasing a 750,000 euro Ferrari, to becoming a real estate investor. He reports that he now owns several multi-family residential buildings containing over 100 units. He has also leveraged his public profile through various business ventures and appearances in television and reality formats.
