Krungthai Bank launches new AI-themed DR80s and investment funds

Krungthai Bank (KTB) is expanding its global investment offerings by launching 28 new Depositary Receipts (DR80) on September 9, 2026. These products target the ‘AI Supercycle’ trend, covering the AI ecosystem including semiconductors, data center infrastructure, power systems, and data storage. Key holdings include companies such as Ajinomoto, Applied Materials, and Dell Technologies. Additionally, the bank is introducing DRs linked to Chinese ETFs from E Fund to provide more access to the Chinese market.

Separately, Krungthai Asset Management (KTAM) is launching several new investment funds. The KTAM Nasdaq Equity Premium Income fund (KT-JEPQ) will be available for subscription from September 1–9, 2026, via the Dime application. This fund utilizes a covered call strategy to generate income from Nasdaq-100 stocks.

Furthermore, KTAM has partnered with Fidelity International to launch the Krungthai World Class Alpha fund (KTWC-ALPHA). Available for subscription from September 1–8, 2026, this fund employs a Core-Satellite strategy to seek global alpha through active stock selection.
