Krushevo remains a central hub for Macedonian volleyball
The city of Krushevo remains a vital hub for Macedonian volleyball, serving as a primary training location for national teams despite currently lacking active local clubs.
Three prominent figures from the Krushevo volleyball school are currently leading the national programs: Josko Milenkoski, the head coach of the senior national team; Kristian Risteski, his first assistant; and Jovan Shape, the captain of the U-20 selection. These individuals, who developed through the local traditions of Niko Doaja and Sinalko, are now responsible for mentoring the next generation of players and coaches.
In addition to Milenkoski, Risteski, and Shape, the senior team's technical staff includes Atanas Milev and Vase Mihailov, further continuing the regional legacy of volleyball expertise.
