Krzysztof Ratajski advances to European Championship quarter-finals

Polish darts player Krzysztof Ratajski has secured a place in the quarter-finals of the European Championship. After defeating Dave Chisnall 6-2 in the first round, Ratajski faced Kevin Doets in the second round.

Despite trailing 0-4 and facing multiple breaks of throw, Ratajski staged a comeback to defeat the Dutchman 10-8. His progression to the quarter-finals sets up a potential matchup against either Nathan Aspall or Luke Littler.

Ratajski enters the tournament as the third seed, following a victory at the European Tour in Leverkusen. His recent form has seen a decline in scoring averages, but his performance in Dortmund marks a significant recovery in the competition.
