KT expands customer listening forum to include small business owners

KT is expanding its ‘Visiting Customer Listening Forum’ to improve services and systems based on direct feedback from various user groups. The program aims to collect field experiences and reflect them in product and policy improvements.

Following previous sessions focused on youth, seniors, residents in remote areas, foreigners, and Gen Z, the sixth forum was held on September 28 in Mapo-gu, Seoul. This session specifically targeted small business owners from various sectors, including restaurants, cafes, and unmanned stores, to discuss operational challenges and experiences with digital solutions like ‘Hi-Order’.

KT plans to review the feedback gathered to develop practical support measures and improvement tasks for small business operations. Park Hyun-jin, Vice President of KT’s Customer Division, stated that the company will continue to listen to diverse subscriber voices to drive change.
