Kütahya and Kocaeli announce public real estate rental auctions

Public tender notices have been issued for various real estate rental opportunities in Kütahya and Kocaeli, Turkey.

The Kütahya Foundations Regional Directorate is auctioning several properties in the Kütahya central district. The listings include various shops, warehouses, residential units, and a bathhouse (hamam) located in neighborhoods such as Paşam Sultan, Balıklı, and Meydan. The auction for these properties is scheduled for September 9, 2026.

Separately, the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has announced rental auctions for several sites across the Kocaeli province, including Karamürsel, İzmit, Körfez, and Başiskele. These opportunities include tea houses, cafeterias, fish sandwich sales points, and agricultural production areas. The bidding process is set to take place on September 2, 2026.
