Kütahya Governor Opens 9.3 Million TL Agricultural Machine Park in Emet

A new agricultural machine park worth 9.369 million Turkish lira was inaugurated in Kayı Village, Emet district of Kütahya Province. The project, funded under the IPARD III programme and supported by the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), provided a combine harvester and seven other farming machines, including a plow, roller, rotavator, stone‑collecting machine, leveling blade and silage machine.

The opening ceremony was attended by Kütahya Governor Musa Işın, Emet District Governor Mehmet Alperen Başkapan, Emet Mayor Mustafa Koca, AK Party provincial leader Ceyda Çetin Erenler, the village headman Bekir Dağaşan and numerous cooperative members. Governor Işın highlighted the role of modern mechanisation in boosting productivity, lowering costs and encouraging participation of youth and women in agriculture.
