Kütahya OSB announces expansion with industrial and commercial projects

The Kütahya Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) Board of Directors has conducted field inspections for a new expansion area designed to create an integrated industrial and living ecosystem. The expansion aims to move beyond simple production plots by incorporating social and commercial infrastructure.

Key planned projects include a hotel and congress center, a bazaar, business centers, and new industrial parcels. The development strategy focuses on a holistic approach where trade, accommodation, and production areas are closely linked to enhance logistical efficiency and service availability for investors, employees, and visitors.

To support this growth, significant infrastructure investments are planned, covering roads, energy, natural gas, water, sewage, and fiber optics. The goal is to increase the region's production capacity and strengthen Kütahya's position as an attractive investment hub through planned and sustainable development.
