Kütahya OSB launches occupational health and safety training
The Kütahya Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) Directorate has initiated occupational health and safety (OHS) training programs for students of the TOBB Kütahya OSB Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.
During the opening session held at the Kütahya OSB Directorate Conference Hall, Regional Manager Tunahan Ergin emphasized the importance of integrating vocational education with the industrial sector to develop a qualified workforce. The training, led by OHS Chief Süleyman Güneş, focuses on cultivating a safety culture, identifying workplace risks, preventing accidents, and establishing safe working habits.
The program aims to raise awareness among students, particularly 9th graders, before they enter the professional workforce. These training sessions are expected to continue in the coming days with participation from various other student groups.
