Kütahya urban transformation: New homes delivered in Pazarlar
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced the completion of urban transformation projects in the Pazarlar district of Kütahya. In the Hoca Ahmet Yesevi neighborhood, 245 residences and 58 commercial units have been rebuilt to replace structures vulnerable to earthquakes.
Since 2012, the Ministry's Urban Transformation Presidency has included 2,761,000 independent units in transformation programs across Turkey, completing 2,378,000 of them. In Kütahya specifically, 1,489 units have been successfully transformed. The new residential areas are designed to be safe and resilient, featuring modern social amenities and infrastructure.
