Kütahya youth mobility program establishes bridge to Hannover
The Kütahya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports organized a Turkish-German Youth Mobility Program in Hannover, Germany, in collaboration with the SV Nienhagen Sports Club. The initiative involved a group of 15 young athletes and cultural ambassadors from Kütahya.
Participants engaged in various sporting activities, including basketball, cycling, football, badminton, volleyball, and swimming, to share athletic experiences with German youth. Beyond sports, the program focused on cultural exchange and building international friendships through organized tours and social activities.
Bülent Küçük, the Kütahya Provincial Director of Youth and Sports, emphasized that the program aims to help young people overcome prejudices and develop intercultural communication skills. He noted that sports serve as a powerful tool to bring youth from different countries together on common ground.
