Kütahyaspor signs experienced defender Tarkan Serbest

Kütahyaspor has officially signed 32-year-old defender Tarkan Serbest. A versatile player capable of playing as a center-back, defensive midfielder, or central midfielder, Serbest brings significant championship experience to the club.

Born in Vienna, Serbest spent 15 years in Austrian football academies before moving to Turkey, where he played five seasons in the Süper Lig with Kasımpaşa. He arrives at Kütahyaspor following a TFF 1. Lig championship with Amed Sportif Faaliyetler last season. His previous career successes include league titles with Göztepe and Kocaelispor.

Upon signing, Serbest expressed his excitement about joining the club, citing Kütahyaspor’s investment in infrastructure and youth development as key factors in his decision. He stated that the primary goal for the team is to achieve championship success through collective effort and team spirit.
