KTC gaming monitors QD-Mini-LED IPS panels display technology

KTC has introduced two new monitor models targeting different segments of the gaming and productivity markets.

The KTC H27E6S is a 27-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) monitor featuring a 240 Hz IPS panel. It is designed as an all-rounder, offering G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility alongside accurate sRGB color reproduction suitable for image editing. While it lacks HDR capabilities due to brightness limitations and does not include USB-C Power Delivery, it provides a highly adjustable stand and a matte surface to reduce flicker.

The KTC M27P6S is a high-end 27-inch model featuring 4K-Dual-Hz technology. It can operate at 160 Hz in 4K UHD resolution or switch to 320 Hz in Full HD. This model utilizes a QD-Mini-LED backlight with 2,304 dimming zones, achieving a DisplayHDR 1400 certification. It includes advanced features such as a KVM switch, 65W USB-C Power Delivery, and 10-bit color depth, though it utilizes DisplayPort 1.4 rather than the newer 2.1 standard.
