KTFF President Hasan Sertoğlu announces 2026-2027 football season

Hasan Sertoğlu, President of the Turkish Football Federation of Cyprus (KTFF), has issued a message marking the commencement of the 2026-2027 football season.

Sertoğlu highlighted significant structural changes for the upcoming season, most notably the introduction of a championship group system. This new format is being implemented in response to long-standing requests from clubs, fans, and sports journalists.

In his address, Sertoğlu called for sportsmanship and respect among clubs, players, and technical teams, particularly regarding interactions with referees. He also urged all participants to remain attentive to updated game rules to ensure fair and healthy competition throughout the season.
