KTM opens new flagship showroom in Bogotá amid Colombian market growth

KTM has opened a new flagship showroom in northern Bogotá, Colombia, designed to serve as a community hub for motorcycle enthusiasts. Located at Carrera 7 #127A-2, the new facility replaces the brand's previous location on Carrera 7 with Calle 119. The space will feature the full KTM portfolio alongside offerings from Husqvarna and GasGas, catering to various riding styles including touring, off-road, and enduro.

Autocolombiana, the official importer of these brands, is backing the expansion as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the Colombian market. The company's General Manager, Nicolás Upegui, noted that the investment reflects confidence in the local sector.

According to Autocolombiana, Colombia has become a significant global player in the motorcycle industry, ranking among the top 10 countries worldwide for annual sales volume. The market saw 1,026,266 units sold between January and September 2026, representing a 28.26% increase compared to the same period in 2025. The company anticipates annual sales could reach 1,400,000 units this year.
