KTR accuses Rahul Gandhi of failing to fulfill Telangana election promises

BRS working president KT Rama Rao (KTR) has accused Congress leader Rahul Gandhi of failing to deliver on 420 electoral promises made to the people of Telangana. Speaking at Telangana Bhavan during an event to welcome minority leaders like Jibran Sharif to the BRS, KTR claimed that despite the passage of over 1,000 days, the Congress government has not implemented its six guarantees or 13 declarations.

KTR criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, alleging that the state is being treated as an “ATM” for Rahul Gandhi. He specifically questioned the fulfillment of promises regarding job creation for 200,000 youth and the allocation of Rs. 4,000 crore for minority welfare.

Furthermore, the BRS leader raised allegations of corruption against the Revanth Reddy administration. He claimed a five-acre land parcel valued at approximately Rs. 200 crore was sold to the Chief Minister’s brother for only Rs. 7 crore. KTR also demanded transparency regarding an alleged Rs. 1,000 crore deal involving another brother of the Chief Minister residing in the United States.
