Kuba Wojewódzki responds to influencer Książulo's restaurant review

Polish media personality Kuba Wojewódzki has responded to critical reviews of his restaurant in Gdańsk made by food influencer Książulo. During a visit to the establishment, Książulo expressed disappointment with the food quality, specifically citing burnt bacon and buns.

In a podcast with Filip Chajzer, Wojewódzki addressed the criticism, stating that he respects the influencer's right to express his opinions and utilize market freedom. Wojewódzki remarked that while he acknowledges Książulo can have good taste, he suggested that if no existing restaurants meet the influencer's specific expectations, he should consider opening his own.

Wojewódzki noted that both individuals operate within the gastronomy industry and understand its risks, adding that he does not feel the need to cater to every critic's opinion.
