Kubiwa Jidosha celebrates Bus Day with community event

Kubiwa Jidosha held an event at the Naoetsu Shopping Center Elmar to celebrate ‘Bus Day,’ the anniversary of the first bus operations in Japan. The event featured activities designed to familiarize citizens with bus services, including a coloring station where children decorated a bus with marine life illustrations.

The colorful bus created during the event began operating in Joetsu and Myoko cities on September 24. Additionally, the company hosted a booth to introduce touch-payment options, such as credit cards, which were implemented on its regular routes in March.
