Kuehn Law Initiates Shareholder Lawsuits Targeting iRhythm, Five9, and Firefly Aerospace

Kuehn Law, a New York‑based shareholder litigation firm, has announced investigations into alleged fiduciary breaches by officers and directors of three publicly traded companies. The firm claims iRhythm Technologies (NASDAQ: IRTC) misrepresented its Zio AT monitor as a real‑time device for high‑risk patients, inflating the stock price. It also alleges Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN) overstated the strength of its net new business, bookings momentum, and projected dollar‑based retention rate despite macroeconomic headwinds. Additionally, Kuehn Law says Firefly Aerospace (NASDAQ: FLY) exaggerated demand for its Spacecraft Solutions offerings and the operational readiness and commercial viability of its Alpha rocket program.

Kuehn Law is urging shareholders who owned shares of any of the companies before specific dates (iRhythm before 5 Nov 2021; Five9 before 21 Feb 2024; Firefly before 1 Sep 2025) to contact the firm. It will cover all case costs and does not charge clients. Contact details are provided for Sophia Anne Silayan (email atsophiaanne@kuehn.law) and Justin Kuehn (phone 833‑672‑0814).
