Kumasi hosts Luv FM-Republic Bank Habitat mini-clinic

The 2026 Luv FM-Republic Bank Habitat mini-clinic was held on October 29 at the Opoku Trading Arena in Adum, Kumasi. Now in its eighth year, the event aims to promote affordable and accessible homeownership by connecting prospective homeowners, property developers, and industry professionals with essential services.

Stakeholders from across the housing and construction value chain participated, including the Lands Commission and the Asantehene’s Lands Secretariat, which provided guidance on land acquisition and homeownership processes. The event also featured displays of construction materials and interior decoration solutions from companies such as JetSky Roofing Systems and Prestodea Ghana.

Republic Bank, a partner in the initiative, highlighted its mortgage and housing finance solutions. Dan Adjetey Mohenu, Head of Mortgage Banking at Republic Bank, reaffirmed the institution's commitment to supporting individuals throughout the homeownership journey.
