Kurobe City to host community-based parenting support class

The Body Sense Institute will host a community-based corporate-led parenting class on September 17, 2026, at the Kurobe City Community Center in Toyama Prefecture. This initiative aims to combat social issues such as isolated parenting and postpartum depression by connecting expectant and new parents with local support networks.

In collaboration with the IKUJI Mama Hot Station, the event offers a small-group setting for pregnant women, their families, and parents with infants up to one year old. The program focuses on providing a reliable local environment where participants can seek advice and build connections with other families and experts. The session will be led by Ayaka Hikita, a certified instructor specializing in pelvic adjustment and baby yoga.
