Kuros Biosciences shares jump over 15% on UBS buy rating

Swiss biotech firm Kuros Biosciences saw its shares surge after UBS analyst Tanya Hansalik upgraded the stock to a "Buy" with a 33 CHF price target. The price rose 15.14 % to 23.58 CHF, the strongest gain among Swiss Performance Index constituents and the highest level since late April.

Hansalik highlighted the company’s flagship product MagnetOs, a synthetic bone‑substitute, forecasting 42 % revenue growth and a 14.6 % EBITDA margin for 2026. The analyst noted that MagnetOs already generated $143.9 million in sales in 2025, a 71 % year‑on‑year increase, and suggested a possible lift in the upcoming Q3 guidance. Earlier in July, Berenberg had also issued a buy recommendation with a 32 CHF target, citing Kuros’s expanding U.S. production capacity.

The stock’s momentum continued, with trade on the SIX Swiss Exchange pushing the price up another 17.6 % to 24.08 CHF, briefly reaching 24.50 CHF during the session. About 482,000 shares changed hands, and the level approaches the 52‑week high of 34.20 CHF.
