Kuwait and Egypt conduct 2026 secondary school exams with tightened security

Kuwait's Ministry of Education continued the 2026 secondary school exam marathon on Tuesday, 14 July, administering the applied mathematics (dynamics) paper for the old system and a three‑hour history exam for blind students. The remaining subjects, including geology, environmental science, statics, philosophy, and statistics, are scheduled for Thursday, 16 July, marking the end of the exam period for the old, new, and blind student tracks.

In Egypt, secondary school examinations began on Sunday, 12 July, with pure mathematics for the new system and biology, psychology, sociology, algebra, and solid‑geometry for the old system. The Ministry reported strict anti‑cheating procedures, comprehensive security for test papers, and real‑time monitoring from central operation rooms to ensure orderly and fair testing conditions.

Both ministries emphasized tight oversight, secure handling of examination materials, and measures to prevent cheating, underscoring the importance of a disciplined environment for the millions of high‑school candidates.
