Kuwait Ministry of Interior arrests driver for reckless behavior

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of an individual for reckless driving that endangered lives and property. The arrest followed the circulation of a video documenting the dangerous behavior.

Under Article 33 (bis) of the law, such offenses can result in imprisonment for one to three years and fines between 600 and 1,000 dinars. The court also holds the authority to confiscate the vehicle used in the incident for the benefit of the Ministry of Interior.
