Kuwait to host Saudi Super Cup in December

Kuwaiti Minister of Sport Tariq Al-Jalahma has announced that the country is prepared to host the Saudi Super Cup, scheduled to take place between December 19 and 23. The tournament will feature four clubs: Al-Ahli, Al-Qadsia, Al-Nassr, and Al-Kholood.

Al-Jalahma described the hosting duties as a significant challenge and a test of Kuwait's organizational and logistical capabilities, particularly given the participation of high-profile international football stars. He emphasized that the success of the event relies on a strategic partnership between the government and the private sector.

The Minister noted that hosting such a widely followed regional and international event serves as a stepping stone for Kuwait to attract more major sporting competitions across various disciplines in the future.
