KwaHlokohloko Water Scheme officially opened in KwaZulu-Natal

KwaZulu-Natal Premier Thamsanqa Ntuli and King Cetshwayo District Municipality Mayor Zephania Dlamini have officially opened the KwaHlokohloko Water Scheme in the uMlalazi Local Municipality. The project is designed to provide clean, safe, and sustainable water to approximately 1,385 households.

During the opening, Premier Ntuli emphasized that access to water is a fundamental human right essential for public health, food security, and economic development. He noted that the scheme is a result of collaboration between government, municipalities, and engineers. Ntuli also urged community members to protect the new infrastructure from vandalism and tampering.
