SPRAWL zero announced for release on September 8, 2026

Publisher Kwalee and independent studio Maeth have announced that the first-person shooter SPRAWL zero is scheduled for release on September 8, 2026. The game is inspired by the Y2K-era golden age of console FPS titles.

Set in a collapsing cyberpunk city, players control FIVE, a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier tasked with eliminating Silas, the leader of the radical techno-religious group IMAGO-DEI. The gameplay features a physics-based combat system utilizing over 40 weapons and specialized tools such as Gravity Gloves, a Gravity Shield for deflecting projectiles, and Bullet-Time mechanics.

The title will launch across multiple platforms, including PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. A Steam demo, which has received “overwhelmingly positive” feedback, is currently available for players to experience the initial levels.
